Small Magellanic Cloud (top center), Bright cluster 47 Tuc (bottom center) |
Realising a detailed image of this scene is difficult. The galaxy is distant while the core of the cluster is bright. In a single image i can image either the center or the exterior of the cluster in greater detail (by modifying ISO). The answer is to use stacking software (DeepSkyStacker) and to shoot multiple frames.
