Silver Cascades Victoria Creek, Grose Valley

Silver Cascades (sometimes called Victoria Cascades) is a 20m (60') tumble over layers of weathered rock.

Deep in the Grose Valley, Victoria Creek runs through rainforests and blue gums through a series of cascades and occasional falls.

There is no easy way to the creek. I hiked down the escarpment from Victoria Falls Lookout (a misnomer, as there are no falls visible from the lookout save in deluging rain) - it is a solid hike down 400m of cliffs and steep slopes.
