The chant tells of a break in the war between Sephyr and Hanin. Sephir enchants Hanin to achieve peace. However Sephir’s handmaiden, Neoen, breaks the enchantment and escapes with him at the cost of war.
In High Elvish, 'Neoen' means 'Nobody'.
