A smile in their eyes

In Ulladulla I met a couple who told me of their travels around Australia, and, briefly of their lives and their family. They are celebrating having met 60 years earlier - in a dance hall near Sydney University.

She told me of her love of travel - of listening to stories of the outback under the skies of the Tanami Desert.  He told me a spill of molton glass from his workplace.  Tons poured into the street and had to be frozen with water.  Unstable the glass shattered and exploded.

They told me of their love for their children.

They let me take a couple of pictures - which I promised to publish here.

Sometimes it is not the journey.  It is the people.
