Billabong - Foxlow Station

Great Dividing Range - near Captains Flat
Summer home to countless generations of the first people.  Briefly the haunt of a dangerous bushranger family.  Now, the old public road and train track that once passed nearby are long abandoned.   Now it is home to sheep and whistling ducks.

Just as the sun disappears, it gets very quiet.  Then the sound of a family of kookaburras  in the distance and a lone Cockatoo calling as she flies looking for her pack.
